What is arthritis pain?

  • Pain in the muscles of the hands and feet or musculoskeletal-muscular rheumatism.
  • Elbow pain - tennis elbow.
Rheumatic pain in various parts of the body can also be caused by several factors ranging from spinal Bifida to bone growth in the spine. There are also more types of arthritis pain.

The primary symptoms of rheumatism are:
* Inflammation.
* Pain and swelling of joints etc.
* Reddening of the joints.

Arthritis symptoms appear very quickly, as sometimes within a day. Sudden onset of symptoms in just one joint. In rare cases, arthritis pain occurs in 2 or 3 joints at the same time. However, if symptoms appear together in many places, it may not be due to arthritis. If left untreated, arthritis can cause significant damage to the bones in the body and even impair normal mobility.

Causes and risks:

Arthritis is caused by excessive accumulation of uric acid in the joints of the human body. Rheumatoid arthritis has a family history, occurring in more than 20 percent of patients. Notable among the factors that increase the risk of rheumatism are: high BMI, diabetes, obesity, kidney disease, anemia, etc. Regular drinking of alcohol prevents the release of uric acid from the body which increases the risk of arthritis.
Several medications such as diuretics, levodopa, aspirin, cyclosporine, etc. increase the risk of arthritis in many cases.

Awareness:

Prevention of any disease is the best solution. The same goes for arthritis. Medications can be used to treat a disease or problem, but it is better to be careful. Alcohol and foods that increase uric acid reserves in the body should be avoided.
It is important to exercise regularly, the patient should drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet, keep the body weight right. For advice on the disease, one must seek the advice of an experienced physician and follow his advice.

Many people think that arthritis has become a disease and it will not go away. This idea is completely wrong.
